Savoring the Day

Something we always look forward to when we go to Ohio is the time we get to spend with the Taylors. There are so many similarities between our two families....well to start with we are family by blood and we all just love being together and enjoy making memories together.

They have so many pretty flowers around their house and I LOVE the creek and pond!

On Monday after the baby shower we spent the rest of the day with them. We had a great time being outside, talking (doing lots of laughing too!), helping out where Aunt Mae would let us=), and just being together. After dinner we played croquet. I'd never played it before but it was alot of fun and easy to learn!

Not sure what was going on in this picture....I was laughing about something one of the girls was saying after the boys had been chasing each other around. =)

Thomas and Ivan...can't remember what they were laughing about in this picture either. :(

On Wednesday Ivan, Anna and I spent the night and went to church with them. Us girls got some pictures together but they are all on Pauline's camera. We had such a great time and really enjoyed their hospitality. We can't wait to have them over and spend time with them when they come down in June!

Bless your heart, Charity, I forgot all about the pictures. So, how did you want us to get them to you? Nice pictures. Can't believe you guys had never played croquet. Want us to bring it down? All of us enjoy playing, usually we have little ones around who try and rearrange the balls. :) Guess that is why you'll played down the hill! We enjoyed having you.
