The past few weekends have held different things we don’t usually get to do. Friday night, April 29, Anna and I spent the night at Granddaddy and Grandma’s. That night, we went out to Steak n’ Shake. Anna and I were Matt and Frances’ chaperones for dinner:)
The next morning we went over to Matt’s new house and cleaned it. It was SO dusty…but by the time we got done it was looking great!
Anna dusting the blinds.
The next Friday, all of us children minus Willie spent the night at Granddaddy and Grandma’s. This is a paper chain at Matt’s house until his and Frances’ wedding!
We went over to Matt’s house again so the younger kids could see it…
Andrew, on the ride home. We had the windows and sunroof open most of the ride:)
Later that night, Uncle Ryan, Aunt Joy, and the kids came over. We helped stuff their prayer letters in envelopes. They’re trying to raise support to go with Missionary Flights International.
Caden and Lana playing the piano together. The two blondies.
Alanna liked when Caden got tired of playing and she could play by herself.
The next Saturday, May 7, Joe had come down for mother’s day! We greatly enjoyed having him over at our house that afternoon! And our uncle-to-be was over for a little while too, before it was time hurry to over to Granddaddy and Grandma’s to see a certain individual! (Hmm…wonder who that could be? :)
Alanna thought it was neat to swing on both swings at the same time!
Lana loved riding on Matt’s back and chasing Joe and Andrew around.
And a picture from this past weekend: our little man who’s into everything now!
