We had free passes to the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, so while Pop and Grammie were visiting we went there with them for the day.
They had a whole area called “Disasterville” which showed some of what it’s like in natural disasters.
Andrew and Ellen as firemen.
This showed a little of what it’s like in a tornado. Being in the “basement” reminded me of this past May. How thankful we are for God’s protection!
Andrew loved the firetruck!
Dad taking a hearing test. What’d you say?
He was plum tuckered out!
Another big area of the Museum had all sorts of miniature things…a resturant, factory, grocery store, etc. Here Andrew is taking orders at the little deli.
The food looked so realistic.
Andrew building a tunnel.
The “middle ones” enjoyed the big, inflatable slide!
A quick picture of the “pink ladies”.
Willie and Alanna burning off some of their energy before the ride home. [smile]
