Incredibly Blessed!

A quiet blog = a life that has been the total opposite of that! [grin]

When I did my last blog post…waaay back on June 25th, I really didn’t intend not to blog for over four months! But the days, weeks and soon months slipped by in blissful busyness and the blog was almost forgotten.

Incredibly blessed….

Where do I even start after having left off blogging for so many months? Quick summary: God has been extremely good…Life has been full and incredibly blessed! His mercies are new every day…His faithfulness is high above the heavens…His glory is over all the earth…and more then ever I want Him to be exalted over all!

A few happenings include: four weddings (!), four birthdays, company and more company, a new school year, lots of life lessons, all sorts of ministry opportunities, and a host of other things! Thanks to the thoughtfulness of some sweet friends, our whole family was able to take a much needed day off a couple weeks ago and spend some time at the river. We love hiking, canoeing and those types of outdoor recreation.Thankfully, the rain held off and we were able to spend all day outside!

Ready to go fishing!

They didn't catch anything this time...

The line got caught so here Anna is freeing it...

Lunch!

For a two year old, walking down the steps on the boardwalk all by yourself is entertaining!

Trying to catch minnows.

Twins...[smile]

Ready to go kayaking and canoeing...Anna took pictures of each of us before getting in her kayak and then we all went out on the river for the second time that day.

He was feeling like quite the little man that day! Though that's not very unusual for him...[smile]

William and Alanna's first time ever to go canoeing! They both did great and really enjoyed it. It was so refreshing for all of us to spend a few hours out on the river exercising and soaking up the fresh air!

"Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up
for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them
that trust in thee before the sons of men!"
{Psalm 31:19}

P.S. Lord-willing, there will be some new posts on here in the coming weeks! [smile]
