Life Snapshots

{{Due to computer issues, this post has remained in drafts for quite some time, but I decided to post it anyway. Hence you can step way back to May through early October with us.  [smile] }}

 God's done way more than what is pictured here or can be recounted, but this provides y'all a little peek...
Busy bee in the garden...
Green bean sprouts...
Shoveling wood chips we were blessed with...
Blossoms!
Our "yellow" girl...just having a good time!
Siblings "workout challenges" are such fun.
Putting a newborn to sleep is simply wonderful...
William turns five!  The bottom right picture is him propping his new puzzle on his new rubber boots.
Jolly lil' artists...
She seemingly never tires of picture making...
"Ironing" William's shirts...
Carrots for the horses...
Snapping our first green beans for the season...
Enjoying our newest cousin...
Turning twenty!
The chef, making deep dish pizza Thomas taught him how to make when he visited them.
Joined by his collaborators with the amazing pizza...
We have such fun in the kitchen.
Johnny turns two!
Taking time to slow down and enjoy cookies and milk with the tea set someone surprised us with in the mail.  [smile]
Littlest gardener exclaiming over his produce finds!
Hard workin' siblings...
Anna's graduation...{read more here}
Just keeping serging from becoming dull...{closing your eyes adds a fun twist!}
Ellen turns thirteen!
She washed and dried a pile of dishes without being asked.
Beautiful sunset!
We had a window sill full of cherry tomatoes.
Homemade salsa...lots of fun to make.
Alanna turns 7!

Jonny, almost without fail, waves goodbye whenever someone leaves.
Tending the garden...{okra in this picture--it got a few feet tall, and we got much from it!}
The green beans kept comin'...thank the Lord!
Tree trimming...
One cute crew of onlookers...
They're eager to get involved!
Especially this lil' man...and he also voluntarily supervises everyone.  [smile]
Naptime for the lil' daddy...
Brothers hauling limbs...such a precious sight.
These guys love their books!
Checkin' out the newly shot armadillo.

...enjoyed by all.
As are sparklers...{this is what happens when you're the only sibling who will stand still with their sparkler for the photographer sister!  [smile]}
Sugar cookie fun...
First day of school, 2015!
The wanna-be student.
Blueberry muffins in the works...
We all love babysitting this girl!
Mower rides are one of Jonny's faves!
Jonny loves helping, even at Grandma's!  [smile]
My helpers making necklaces for girls at RFK camp...
I treasure this picture as it's the only close up "safe" one with one of "my" girls in it.  No doubt, camp was one of the most amazing week's of mine and Anna's lives!  We're thankful God blessed us with this awesome opportunity.  {Read more here}

Baby shower...Alanna re-used gift bags and wrapped dolls clothes, and decorated all for a shower for the newest imaginary baby she was having!
Sharing music...
Snuggles with baby Joseph.  Anna is a great babysitter!
Cities in the sand...[smile]
Wonderful parents!
William's always up for errands with Anna!
Lil' guys in the garden again...helping me prepare for fall planting. What fantastic times we have working together!
Enjoying the river at a state park... Johnny was busy bossing the fish, and waving to anyone who passed in kayaks.
Board walk over the swamp...
Johnny loves his sisters...but not as much as we love him!
Lively game of Catan
Cousins--walking and talking.
We're so thankful for a grand time with uncle, aunt, and cousins a couple weeks ago.
Cuteness himself...#toocharmingforhisowngood #gottalovethebaby
Sibling selfie in front of the peanut truck after sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ at a local festival...what a joy to spread His love together!
"He hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.  Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered."{Psalm 40:1-5}
